No. 106 of 230 copies handset in Garamond and printed on various Zerkall mould-made papers by Graham Moss and Kathy Whalen of Incline Press. Backstrip cloth and marbled board colouring and patterning differed throughout the limited print run. With the original prospectus loosely inserted.
