Dublin Writers Festival 40th Anniversary Poetry Celebration of The Gallery Press, held at the Abbey Theatre on June 6th, 2010. Founded in 1970, the Gallery Press was first established at 19 Oakdown Rd, Dublin 14, and afterwards at Loughcrew [Oldcastle] Co. Meath. Over the years, it has published over 400 titles. Volume prints poems by Ciarán Carson, Michael Coady, Gerald Dawe, Peter Fallon, Alan Gillis, Vona Groarke, Dermot Healy, Seamus Heaney, Medbh McGuckian, Derek Mahon, John Montague and Eiléan Ní Chuilleanáin. Heaney contributes 'Charles IX to Ronsard.'
